Puddles (probably Puddles Elliot) is the shaggy white dog belonging to Amazing Amy in The Amazing Amy book series.
Aside from climbing the red crossed-circle with the caption "I've got better things to do." he also appears on the cover of Tattle Tale and inside the book.
